What takes place during HTMA
Simply come with shampooed hair, so that the sample of hair taken is clean. About 5 small shafts of hair will be taken from different locations of the scalp. This means that there will not be any bald patches at any of the locations where the hair has been cut.

The 5 shafts of hair will be sealed in an envelope and sent to Trace Elements, US to be tested.

In 10 working days' time, you will be able to receive the results of your HTMA report. You will be informed of any outstanding results from the HTMA report. If there are, we will recommend that you come for a consultation. We will then be able to advise you on the necessary steps to take for a detox program and on the supplements that are most suitable for you.

The HTMA test may be carried out by our therapists or by someone at home. If you are doing it at home, call us for a Hair Sampling kit to be sent to you.
